On January 24, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade of Nauru Lionel Aingimea held talks in Beijing and signed a Joint Communiqué on the Resumption of Diplomatic Relations between the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of Nauru.
The two countries have resumed diplomatic relations at the ambassadorial level.
